This lovely mercerised perle (pearl/perl) cotton thread from Presencia is a pleasure to work with. It is perfect for buttons, braids and tassels, weaving (including tablet weaving) and can be used to make Teneriffe roundels, crochet and tatting and other forms of lace - it can even be used in embroidery!

Solid dyed for colour fastness and durability. this thread is 100% cotton.>

This is a size 8 cotton - for those of you who have attended my button workshops, size 8 is the size that we use on the day. A good all-rounder. For those of you who make lace, this is a good size for gimps, and it crochets as a 20.
