Thank you all for your continued support during these trying times.
We are still here, but please note that the UK is again in full lockdown, this is likely to continue until February. This means that we will be shipping only once or twice a week - enabling us to work from home at the other times and stay within government guidelines. We are working hard to ensure that no one waits too long for their order to be sent.
Should you need to contact us, email is the best option.
There are shipping delays worldwide at present due to the virus. If you are at all concerned about the whereabouts of your order while it is in transit please choose a tracked option. We cannot give you a tracking number of you choose standard delivery.
Stay safe everyone.
As many of you will have heard, many countries have temporarily closed their borders to people from the UK due to a new strain of Covid being discovered in London. In some cases, such as in France, this closure has been to all traffic - including freight.
Basically, this means we cannot ship to any European country while France has closed borders, as the Royal Mail will not accept post.
This situation is expected to change quite soon, but with the Christmas holidays upon us, it is likely that no European (and perhaps other) overseas shipping will be able to be made until January 4th.
Thank you for your understanding and your continued support through this year.
We hope that you all have a safe and happy Christmas.
The UK has come out of full lockdown, though with many limitations. Please be aware that there are still delays in shipping - particularly to North America, and as a result of the world situation, the Royal Mail have also increased shipping costs.
We are shipping goods as quickly as possible.
Please also note that the UK Government will put in place "local lockdowns" should an area see a spike, and we may not have notice of these. We will of course keep you informed.
Thank you for your continued support - it means a lot to us!
