Q. I'd like to pay by debit or credit card, not PayPal. Is this possible?

A. PayPal act as our payment processor - just like any other bank. That means that we do not receive your card details, only the payment. PayPal would like for you to sign up - but you do not have to! Simply click the link "Pay with a debit or credit card" on the PayPal page. (shown below).


Q. Can I ring you with my debit or credit details?

A. Yes! If you are in the UK and would prefer to order over the phone please ring between 10-4, Monday to Friday. If there is no-one available to take your call, please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email your order, giving us your telephone number (UK only) and we'll ring you back for payment details - please do not send sensitive info such as your card number in an email! Q. Do you ship overseas?

A. Yes! To find the shipping costs to your country (based on weight) simply fill out the details - the system has to know your address before it can work out the cost of the items in your basket to your location. For more information on our shipping charges, etc, please see Postage & Packaging


Note on colour representations:

We try to ensure that our photography is as accurate as possible, especially with regards to threads and fibres. However, different screens can show images differently, so there may be some variation. Colour names - unless supplied by the manufacturer - are given as a guide only to indicate a general shade/family, as are any shade numbers to compare with other manufacturer's colours.

Using images/linking

All goods are supplied according to UK law.


Damages: Should goods be damaged on receipt, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim with Royal Mail. Please notify us, by email, post or telephone, within seven days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

Should a faulty product needs to be returned, we will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred. In the case of large/bulky items, we may arrange collection.

If a product is not faulty, but is unwanted, the customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods to inform us of their decision to return the item. We can only accept returns of unused items. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and a full refund of the goods will be processed upon receipt of the goods, using the same payment method as that used for the original purchase.

Workshop fees: Workshop fees are non-refundable.
