This kit contains everything you need to create a pretty perfumed brooch!

During the Victorian period, metal buttons were manufactured with a cloth section - a place to put perfume so that the oils did not stain clothing. These brooch kits bring this idea forward, and make a pretty gift.

The button is worked in counted cross stitch, while the other parts of the brooch include basic embroidery. The kit contains full instructions, all materials - even a little vial with perfume oil!

Each kit contains: 

18 count aida, felt, brooch back, tapestry needle, DMC stranded cotton, tagua nut button mould and perfume oil, as well as full instructions included counted cross stitch chart and pattern templates.
