Overseas
We are happy to ship to many locations outside of the UK
Our postage rates are based on the weight and price of your total order.
The full amount will appear on your order after you log in and provide a delivery address. These prices are based on delivery by Royal Mail services unless the order is high-value or heavier, in which case, courier prices will be calculated.
We are sorry, but due to increased delays and losses, all items shipped overseas will now only be sent by tracked methods.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs or other import duties that may be incurred in your country, and customs checks can result in delays.
If you live outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and/or taxes.

Customers in the EU:
Due to the increased legislation surrounding shipping goods to the EU, it is with great regret that we have now stopped shipping to the EU - this includes Northern Ireland, as this is treated as part of the EU due to the Windsor Framework.
This legislation includes, but is not limited to -
Customs fees -€3 customs and handling fee per items on low-value imports (this fee is charged for each type of product). This does not include the other import fees that may be due in each EU country. At present, each EU country is different, and as to how and who pays this.
GPSR - although we have appointed an EU-based rep, new digital product passports and other related regulations and new systems (including country specific regulations) are too much for a small independent company to maintain.
Packaging regulations and fees PPWR compliance - while we do everything possible to reduce packaging waste, each country has a different set of regulations and fees for packaging (including the boxes we use to ship items). New legislation means we will need to register and pay an agent in each EU country we ship to. This is very difficult to navigate as a small business.
We are currently seeking advice as to what our options may be moving forward.
We hope to be able to set up an EU-based print on demand service in the near future for Gina's books.

Customers in the United States:
As all goods being sent to the United States now require the tariffs to be paid in advance to US Customs authorities, not upon point of entry, you will see these calculated as you proceed through checkout.
This will appear as an additional line after you have chosen the preferred shipping option.
For goods being sent through Royal Mail, at the time of writing, this will be the only additional charge you will pay.
Note that from July 24 2026, a new rule for the tariffs will be put into place by the US Government.
Restricted items.
Due to the increased tariff rates, we will not ship certain items. In many (but not all) cases, if you have one of these items in your basket, you will not be shown a shipping method.
If you have checked out a restricted item, you will see increased tariff costs displayed.
Always check the "Shipping Restrictions" tab on the product information page.

Taxes, import duty, tariffs and charges
All orders delivered within the UK will include VAT at the current rate.
Orders delivered overseas will have UK VAT removed. However, it should be noted that most customs authorities are likely to request payment of local sales taxes and/or import duties, according to local legislation.
Import duties are levied by customs at the point of entry (with the exception of the USA, see above) into the destination country and are beyond our control. If your parcel is liable for import duties or other taxes, they must be paid before customs release it for delivery.
Please get in touch with your local customs office for more information about your country’s customs and import policies.
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
-----------------
Royal Mail international size restrictions mean we cannot ship over 2kg in one parcel.
Heavier goods will be sent by an alternative courier service (such as FedEx/DPD)
