    Torsade is a twist of two perl wires

    It is often used to create bullions and jasmine drops for tassels. 

    It can also be cut into small pieces and used as beads, as decorative elements on goldwork, tassels, stumpwork & other embroidery as well as for other crafts. 

    This is sold by weight. As such you may have more than one piece in the packet.
